Popcorn Shrimp 🍤 🍿
Fixings:
• 1 lb shrimp(455 g), deveined and stripped
Prepared FLOUR:
• 1 cup flour(125 g)
• 1 tablespoon cajun preparing
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon dark pepper
EGG Blend:
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon cajun preparing
Readiness:
In a medium bowl, add prepared flour fixings. Blend well.
Place half of the flour blend into a huge zip lock pack, hold the rest.
Add the shrimp to the sack and shake until each shrimp is covered with flour. Shake off any overabundance flour.
In a different bowl, add egg, milk, and cajun preparing. Blend well.
Dig the floured shrimp in the egg blend, then, at that point, cover with the new prepared flour combination. Heat oil at 350°F (180°C).
Broil shrimp for a couple of moments until brilliant brown and cooked through.
Present with your most loved plunging sauce. Appreciate!
