Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 16 cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
3. Form the bombs: Enclose the cheese with the dough, making sure to seal the edges well. Shape into balls.
4. Add flavor: Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Dip each bomb into this mixture, ensuring an even coat.
5. Bake: Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for a gooey cheese experience.
