Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms 🍄🍄🍄





Ingredients:

500g whole button mushrooms, cleaned

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms:

In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms with the minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, honey if using, and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss everything together until the mushrooms are well coated.

Roast the Mushrooms:

Spread the mushrooms out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and caramelized.

Serve:

Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
