Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season and Cook Steaks: Season ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat. Cook steaks to desired doneness. Set aside and let rest.
Cook Shrimp: In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Season shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning and cook until pink.
Combine: Serve shrimp over the ribeye steaks. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
Notes:
Serve with your favorite side dish like mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
