Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast 🐔🥦
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 asparagus spears, trimmed
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice chicken breasts lengthwise to create pockets.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and 1 slice of mozzarella.
Secure the chicken with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning to the chicken.
