 Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts



Ingredients:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

12 asparagus spears, trimmed

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika


Directions:


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make a deep slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket. Season inside with salt and pepper.

Place three asparagus spears and a quarter of the cheese inside each chicken breast.

Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Rub each breast with olive oil, minced garlic, and paprika.

Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
