🥓 Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Meatball Sub 🧀
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup marinara sauce
4 sub rolls
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Meatballs:
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl.
Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Assemble the Subs:
Slice open the sub rolls and insert the cooked meatballs.
Spoon marinara sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake:
Return the subs to the oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Enjoy the subs hot and bubbly straight from the oven.
