Chicken Alfredo Wraps 🌯
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Assemble the wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly distribute the chicken Alfredo mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Roll and cook: Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly like burritos. In a clean skillet over medium heat, cook the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Serve: Slice in half and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
