Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake 🍨
Ingredients:
For the Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
For the Ice Cream Layers:
1 quart chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, softened
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
For the Topping:
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Cookie Dough:
Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in flour and salt until combined, then fold in chocolate chips. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even layer. Freeze for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
Spread half of the softened chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream over the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Crumble half of the cookie dough over the ice cream layer. Spread the vanilla ice cream over the cookie dough. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the remaining chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream over the vanilla layer. Top with remaining cookie dough crumbles. Freeze until firm, about 2-4 hours.
4️⃣ Add Toppings:
Before serving, drizzle hot fudge sauce over the cake and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Notes:
Allow ice cream to soften slightly for easier spreading.
You can customize the flavors of ice cream based on preference.
