🥩🧄 Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Mash 🥔
Ingredients:
1 lb of sirloin steak, cut into cubes
4 tbsp of butter
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, according to taste
4 cups of creamy mashed potatoes
Instructions:
Cook the Steak Bites: Warm the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and cook until they are nicely browned on all sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter: Using the same pan, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Stir in the chopped garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
Combine: Add the steak bites back into the pan. Toss them well in the garlic butter to coat evenly.
Serve: Dish out the warm mashed potatoes and top them with the garlicky steak bites.
