🍜 Hibachi Noodles 🍜
Ingredients:
1 lb. of linguine or your favorite pasta, cooked to al dente perfection
3 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of minced garlic
3 tbsp of sugar
4 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjusted to taste
1 tbsp of sesame oil
Optional: 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
Melt the Butter: Start by heating the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully melted.
Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté it until it's aromatic and slightly golden.
Combine with Noodles: Introduce the cooked pasta into the skillet, stirring well to ensure the noodles are thoroughly coated with the butter and garlic mixture.
Add Sauces: Sprinkle the sugar into the skillet, followed by the soy and teriyaki sauces. Mix well, making sure the noodles are evenly covered in the sauces.
Season: Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, continue to stir to distribute the flavors evenly.
Finish with Sesame Oil: Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the noodles, giving them a final toss to combine.
Garnish and Serve: If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for an extra touch of flavor and texture. Serve the noodles hot as a delightful side to various hibachi dishes.
