Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups finely chopped mushrooms (such as cremini or white button)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms, onion, and garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms are tender and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and sautéed mushroom mixture. Stir until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies.
