 Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels



Ingredients:

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup chopped green onions

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:


In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well-blended.

Add the Fillings:


Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until evenly mixed.

Assemble the Pinwheels:


Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Roll each tortilla tightly to form a log.

Chill the Rolls:


Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help the pinwheels hold their shape.

Slice and Serve:


Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
