Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes




Ingredients:


1 cup all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon baking powder


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature


1/2 cup granulated sugar


2 large eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1/2 cup milk



1 cup vanilla pudding


1 cup heavy cream


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions:


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.


In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.


In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract
