 Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup 🥬🍲



Ingredients:


1/2 head of cabbage, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

6 cups vegetable broth

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


1️⃣ In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft. 2️⃣ Add cabbage, carrots, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. 3️⃣ Stir in tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil, oregano, and paprika. 4️⃣ Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until veggies are tender. 5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Notes:


Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness!
