Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap (Copycat)
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large whole wheat tortillas
2 cups chopped Romaine or green leaf lettuce
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend
Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing (optional):
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare and Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts to season them.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
Make the Dressing (optional):
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay a whole wheat tortilla on a clean surface. In the center, layer chopped lettuce, shredded cabbage, carrots, cheese, and grilled chicken slices. Drizzle a little dressing on top if desired.
Roll and Serve:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to create a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Slice and Enjoy:
Slice each wrap in half and serve with extra dressing on the side for dipping.
