Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip 🌿
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
1 cup lump crab meat
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mixed shredded cheese (like mozzarella and cheddar)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well-combined.
Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, spinach, and shredded cheese into the cream mixture until everything is evenly distributed.
Pour the dip mixture into a baking dish. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the dip for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve the warm dip with your choice of crackers, toasted bread, or sliced baguette.
