Ingredients:


1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:


Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.


Season the Chicken: In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.


Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.


Prepare Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
