Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
