Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Spinach 🍗🥦🌿
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups fresh spinach
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3️⃣ Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add broccoli and vegetable broth, cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender.
5️⃣ Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
6️⃣ Return chicken to the pan, heat through, and serve with veggies.
Notes:
Serve over rice or pasta for a heartier meal!
