 Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Herb Butter and Roasted Asparagus 



Ingredients: Salmon: 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill Salt and pepper, to taste Roasted Asparagus: 1 pound asparagus, trimmed 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Lemon-Herb Butter: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill Directions: Salmon: 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. 3. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade. 4. Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Roasted Asparagus: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. 4. Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned. Lemon-Herb Butter: 1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon zest, parsley, and dill. 2. Mix until well combined. To serve: Serve the grilled salmon with the roasted asparagus and a dollop of lemon-herb butter on top. Enjoy!😋❤️
