Ingredients:

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs and Flavorings: Beat in the eggs, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
