 Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs



Ingredients:

• 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury biscuits  

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese  

• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted  

• 3 cloves garlic, minced  

• 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)  

• Salt to taste  


Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley (if using).

3. Take each biscuit and flatten it out a bit in your hands.

4. Place a spoonful of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.

5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to make a ball and pinch it closed.

6. Place the cheese-filled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit balls and sprinkle a little salt on top.

8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.

9. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheesy bites!
