Velvety Chicken Tortellini Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
1 bag cheese tortellini
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups spinach (fresh)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (diced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook until tender.
Stir in heavy cream and shredded chicken. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook until spinach wilts.
Serve warm and enjoy the creamy goodness!
