Here’s a quick and easy avocado smoothie recipe!



 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess and sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the milk, sweetener, and banana to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker texture.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
