Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional, for garnish)
Fresh rosemary (for garnish, optional)
Crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries begin to soften and the mixture thickens slightly.
Spoon the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is warm and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped pecans and fresh rosemary if desired. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
