8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 large flour tortillas (8-10 inches)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Assemble the Pinwheels:
Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous layer of the filling evenly over it. Leave a small border around the edges to prevent overflow.
Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, pressing gently to secure. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Chill and Slice:
Place the rolled tortillas in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. This makes slicing easier and helps the flavors meld together.
After chilling, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
Serve:
Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.
