🍗 Crispy Chicken with Creamy Pasta 🍝

A delectable feast perfect for busy weeknights or a comforting weekend dinner with family!

🍽️ Ingredients 🍽️

For the Creamy Pasta:

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine work great)

- 1 cup heavy cream

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Crispy Chicken:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp paprika

- 2 eggs, beaten

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Olive oil for frying

🧑‍🍳 Directions 🧑‍🍳

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Prepare two bowls, one for the beaten eggs and another for a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Dip each chicken breast first into the egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside to keep warm.

4. Cook the pasta as per the package instructions; drain and set aside.

5. Using the same skillet, melt butter and lightly sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer for another 2-3 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and continue to cook until the sauce thickens.

6. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until evenly coated.

7. Serve the creamy pasta with a crispy chicken breast on top. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra grated Parmesan if desired.
