Ingredients:


2 large onions, sliced into rings

200g all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 eggs, beaten

200g breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

50 ml spicy mayo

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:


Prepare the Onion Rings: Begin by separating the onion slices into rings. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Onion Rings: Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pan to 375°F (190°C). Fry the onion rings in batches until they are golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve: Arrange the fried onion rings on a plate, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
