with this easy recipe! Thinly sliced ​​steak, sautéed onions, peppers, and provolone cheese fill crispy egg roll wrappers, creating a mouth-watering appetizer. Perfect for parties or casual get-togethers.

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced ​​steak and cook until tender. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then sauté sliced ​​onions and peppers until soft and lightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a slice of provolone cheese in the center. Add a spoonful of cooked steak and a spoonful of onion-pepper mixture over the cheese.

Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll up tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place egg rolls in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
