Roasted Camembert with Figs, Honey and Walnuts

Ingredients
1 camembert
6-8 figs
1 tbsp honey
6-7 dried nuts (or other oilseeds: pistachios, flaked almonds, etc.)
a few sprigs of fresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted.
Open the box of camembert, remove the paper surrounding it and replace it in the bottom of the box or in an ovenproof dish.
Using a knife, make a grid on your camembert.
Add the figs cut into 4, the walnut kernels and the honey.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the fresh thyme on top and serve with toasted bread and a green salad. Enjoy!
