salty cookies with parmesan and ham



Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon of oregano

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 100 g of softened butter

- 150 g of flour

- 150 g of diced ham

- 100 g of grated parmesan

- 1 egg

- 1 shallot, finely chopped


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) and don't forget to line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the egg. You should get a nice smooth and creamy texture.

3. Add the finely chopped shallot and mix everything together until the flavors blend.

4. Then add the flour, baking powder, oregano and grated parmesan. Mix until smooth and homogenous.

5. Now it's time to add the diced ham! Gently mix to make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

6. Form small balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Use the back of a fork to flatten them slightly.

7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

8. Let them cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
