 Warm Cranberry-White Cheddar Dip



This ooey-gooey dip is perfect for the holiday season! The tang of cranberries combined with rich white cheddar creates a creamy, festive delight for dipping crackers or bread.


Ingredients:

1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries)

1/4 cup cranberry sauce (optional for extra sweetness)

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Crackers or toasted bread for serving


Directions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine white cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble: Spoon mixture into a baking dish, spreading evenly. Top with cranberries and a dollop of cranberry sauce if using.

Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish with extra thyme. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
