Ingredients:


1 lb baby potatoes (or small waxy potatoes)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions:


Boil the Potatoes:


Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
