Chimichurri Grilled Steak: A Flavorful Feast!

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

4 ribeye or sirloin steaks

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Chimichurri Sauce:

1 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)

2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional, finely chopped)

3 garlic cloves (minced)

½ cup olive oil

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp red chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce:

In a bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

Mix well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Season the Steak:

Rub the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Grill the Steak:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust based on your preferred doneness.

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to retain their juices.

Serve:

Slice the steaks against the grain and drizzle the chimichurri sauce generously over the top.

Serve with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

A vibrant, zesty, and satisfying dish that brings bold flavors to your table! 🌟✨
