Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 large carrots, peeled and grated
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg

Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine ingredients: In a bowl, combine the grated carrots, shredded cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Shape the rolls: Take about 1/4 cup of the carrot mixture and roll it into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Bread (optional): If using bread crumbs, dip each roll in beaten egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
Bake: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. You can enjoy them as is or with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
Tips:
You can add other seasonings like Italian seasoning, paprika, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
If you want a chewier texture, reduce the baking time slightly.
