 Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge 🥜

Ingredients:

½ cup (113g) butter

2 cups (400g) brown sugar

½ cup (120ml) milk

¾ cup (180g) peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3½ cups (440g) confectioners' sugar

Instructions:

Melt Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Combine Sugar and Milk: Stir in the brown sugar and milk; bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Remove from heat. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

Mix with Confectioners' Sugar: Place the confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the confectioners' sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch dish. Chill until firm, about 1 hour, before cutting into squares.

Notes:

For a creamier texture, ensure the peanut butter is well incorporated into the mixture before combining with the confectioners' sugar.

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
