❗Ingredients


For the Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


For the Lemon Aioli:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste


❗Directions


Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.


Season the Wings: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until evenly coated.


Grill the Wings: Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).


Prepare Lemon Aioli: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.


Serve: Arrange the grilled wings on a platter, drizzle with extra lemon juice if desired, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with the lemon aioli for dipping.
