Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain.
3. Stir in tomatoes; heat through.
4. Transfer beef mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; cut each biscuit into quarters.
7. Arrange biscuits over beef mixture.
8. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
