These loaded fries are a perfect combination of crispy fries, seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and creamy sour cream. A delicious, hearty snack or meal that will satisfy your cravings!
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen French fries 🍟
1 lb ground beef 🥩
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning) 🌮
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup sour cream 🍦
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Olive oil for cooking 🧴
Instructions:
Cook the fries: Preheat your oven and bake the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until crispy and golden.
Cook the ground beef: While the fries are baking, heat a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in a little water if needed to help mix the seasoning evenly. Set aside.
Assemble the loaded fries: Once the fries are ready, place them on a serving dish. Top with the cooked ground beef.
Melt the cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef, then place the fries back in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top it off: Drizzle sour cream over the cheesy fries and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
Serve and enjoy: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
