 Orange Pork Loin with Aromatic Spices 🍊✨



Ingredients:

1 smoked pork loin (approximately 1.5 kg)

1 1⁄2 cups of natural orange juice

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 starry anis

1 nail of smell

1⁄4 cup of brown sugar

3 tablespoons of ketchup sauce

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Preparation:

Step 1: In a saucepan, bring orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, star anise and cloves to the fire. Cook on medium heat until the mixture reduces slightly and thickens.


Step 2: Perform diagonal cuts on the fat part of the pork loin, creating a rhombus pattern. Then make parallel cuts without reaching the bottom.


Step 3: Place the tenderloin on an oven mold, add some orange nuts around it, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.


Step 4: Remove the sirloin from the oven and pour half of the prepared sauce on top. Back into oven and cook for another 20 minutes.


Step 5: Remove from oven, cut into slices and serve with the rest of the sauce. Enjoy its incredible taste!

Cooking time: 1 hour

Servings: 6 people

Tips:

You can accompany this tenderloin with mashed potatoes, white rice or a fresh salad.

If you want a sweeter touch, add an extra spoosauceof brown sugar to the sauce.
