✨ Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls: A Party Favorite! 🧀

 



These cheesy, zesty sausage balls are a hit at any gathering. Packed with cream cheese, cheddar, and a kick from Rotel, they’re the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer!  


 Ingredients:  

- 1 pound ground sausage (hot or mild)  

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened  

- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained  

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese  

- 1 ½ cups Bisquick (or another baking mix)  


Directions:  


 1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:  

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).  

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.  

2️⃣ Prepare the Mixture:  

- In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick.  

- Mix well using a spoon or your hands until fully combined.  

3️⃣ Shape the Balls:  

- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.  

- Place them on the baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each.  

4️⃣ Bake:  

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
