 Wheat Germ Pancakes 🥞✨



Ingredients:

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup wheat germ

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 cup milk

- 2 large eggs

- 3 tablespoons melted butter

- 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, sugar, and salt until evenly combined. 


2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter, mixing until well blended.


3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined—don’t worry about a few lumps; this will keep your pancakes fluffy!


4. Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.


5. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.


6. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. 


7. Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping the pancakes warm in a low oven if desired.


8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings—maple syrup, fresh fruits, or yogurt work wonderfully!
