🍲 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 🍲
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
2. Stir in the chicken broth, Alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add the broken lasagna noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
4. Stir in the baby spinach and cook until wilted.
5. Ladle the soup into bowls and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
