Ingredients:


1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch thick medallions

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup milk

Oil for frying


Instructions:


In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.


In another shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.

Dip each pork medallion into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.


Fry the beef medallions in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.


Drain the pork medallions on paper towels.


Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
