Creamy Tomato Pasta 🍅🍝


Ingredients:


8 ounces (225g) uncooked pasta

2 tablespoons butter

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 can (14 ounces/400g) tomato sauce

¾ cup (180ml) heavy cream

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:


Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.

Pour in tomato sauce and heavy cream; add Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and let simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

Serve immediately, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
