Ingredients:

 * 1 pound salmon fillets

 * 1 teaspoon paprika

 * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

 * 1/4 teaspoon salt

 * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 * 1 tablespoon olive oil

 * 1 cup broccoli florets

 * 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped

 * 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

 * 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions:

 * Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 * In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
