Ingredients:
300 gr beef meatballs
3 lime leaves
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
100 ml water
Salt, sugar and seasoning to taste
Ground spices:
10 red onion cloves
5 cloves of garlic
2 large red chilies
25 curly red chilies
15 cayenne peppers
How to make :
1)
Trim the ends of the meatballs then fry until they bloom. Set aside

Saute the ground spices, add the lime leaves and cook until cooked
3)
Then add water, chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar and seasoning. Check the taste if it's right, add the meatballs, cook until the water reduces. Lift and serve
Nb: for those who don't like spicy food, you can reduce the chili
