Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Foil Packets
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil.
Place one chicken breast on each sheet of foil.
Drizzle ½ cup of teriyaki sauce over each piece of chicken.
Add pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Seal the foil packets tightly and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
