Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced 🥩
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper 🌿
½ tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
For the Ravioli & Sauce:
1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli 🧀
3 tbsp butter 🧈
4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
½ cup beef broth 🍲
½ cup heavy cream 🥛
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
Fresh parsley, for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Ravioli
Cook cheese ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
Simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
4️⃣ Combine & Serve
Return steak and ravioli to the skillet, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
